I recently purchased a mercury TV tuner card, but the software that comes along with it is not good enough for capturing. Can anyone suggest any other software. how come rabbits can stay outside in their cages in the cold weather and be perfectly ok when we would probably freeze to death???!!Good Question. I've done it several times on here, so I can do it....but my question is what's the easiest way to post pictures? What I'm currently doing on my Macbook Pro is editing my photos in Photoshop Elements then saving as a JPG. The final product is anywhere from 5-7 megabytes and are huge pictures at 100%. To shrink them down, I then "save for web" and shrink the picture to about 20% at the best possible quality and save the picture in a "for the internet" folder. Finally, I go to imageshack to host the picture and copy the URL for the messageboards. Is there an easier or better way to do this? This just seems a little labor intensive. Hello, I'm having a problem. I went through a tutorial on loading 2 external swf files. I did everything he did, that I know of. Here are the 2 swf files and main fla. What it does is, it doesn't load anything... When I click on one of the button all it does is give a black flash and nothing shows.I spotted a couple of problems: 1) I'm assuming your preloader didn't work well, you misspelled the word "percent" (you spelled it precent). 2) you didn't properly address your object when calling functions for it in lines 13 and 15 (you had them labled as mcl instead of mclL). Hi all, I read somewhere that some people put a UV haze filter on their lens and leave it there for all shots. Since I'm not too clear what this would do, I don't know how good or bad an idea it is. i'm located in toronto, canada to order from B&H.....what am i subjected to on top of the product price?...like tax, duty, shipping, additional fee, etc? the reason i ask is because i'm looking at the sigma 18-50mm f2.8 macro.....the listed price on B&H is $420...but most canadaian stores are selling the same lense for $620 CAD.........and a salesperson from a camera store is telling me that there is a 40% duty when buying lense from the states?.....is that true? (of course i dont believe him without hearing more opinions)There is no 'Duty' on camera, lenses etc. The Free Trade agreement says somthing like 'photographic equipment or precision optics'.
